MajkiPoké TCG – Returns, Shipping & Terms

Shipping

  • We normally ship within 1–3 business days via PostNord.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, and free shipping may be offered during promotions.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened products with no damaged seals, no damage to plastic wrapping, and no signs of tampering.

  • Booster packs, boxes, and other sealed collectible products must be returned unopened.

  • All collectible items are subject to inspection before a return is approved and refunded.

  • Contact us at info@majkipoke.se with your order number before returning any item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Complaints & Liability

  • Defective or damaged products will be handled in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

  • We are responsible for correct delivery, but not for damage caused by improper use.

Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 13 years old to make a purchase.

  • If you are under 18 years old, parental or guardian consent is required.
